This spot is the second highest point in Dakota County. On a clear day, visitors can see a unique view of the skyline of Minneapolis. In addition, it is a good place to watch for migrating birds and the art park’s residents such as cardinals, blue jays, chickadees, woodpeckers, owls and bald eagles, finches, robins, egrets, and more.
