The Unicorn was created at IRON50 by visiting international artist Michał Staszczak, professor and Vice-President of the Eugeniusz Geppert Academy of Art and Design in Wrocław, Poland. Staszczak builds furnaces and casts his sculptures in aluminum, bronze or iron. The Unicorn was created as a result of Staszczak’s research on the large-scale application of a traditional clay mold process. www.michalstaszczak.pl
