Artwise workshops can be modified to fit every participant’s needs. We work closely with you to create a park experience to meet your group’s interests and program goals.

- We will ask for an estimated number of participants to be sure we have the right amount of staff and workshop materials.
- If we’re bringing the park to you, We ask that you provide a space, indoors or out, that is large enough for your group to fully participate in the activities.
Please note that some of the workshops, like Nature Journals, work best in outdoor spaces.
TOURS
Our in-depth ArtWise tours are designed with adults in mind. Your understanding of the materials, techniques and concepts used in creating the park’s sculptures will grow as your group moves through the park. You can schedule a tour with or without a workshop.
TOUR AND WORKSHOP PRICING:
- Stand-alone guided tours are $10 per person with a $50 minimum per group.
- Workshop prices are listed in the brochure and include a tour for every participant.
- Contact us about the availability of golf cart tours for participants with limited mobility.
- We charge a fee for all traveling programs based on the standard IRS mileage reimbursement rate of $0.70 per mile round trip from the art park to your site

ARTWISE WORKSHOP POLICIES
Scheduling: Workshops can be scheduled any weekday. To schedule a workshop or for more information on our educational programs, please email erin@caponiartpark.org, or call the park at 651-454-9412.
Change in the Number of Participants: If you know the size of your group will be significantly different than you estimated, please contact us as soon as possible. If your group is considerably smaller without letting us know ahead of time, we will charge you for the number of participants in your original estimate.
Rescheduling Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule your visit, please let us know as soon as possible.
Weather Policy: If severe weather is predicted that would prevent you from having a safe visit at the park, or keep park staff from traveling to your site, we will contact you at least two hours prior to your visit to reschedule. If you have concerns, please contact us at least two hours prior to your workshop.
Payment Policy: Payment may be made by invoice or by credit card, check or cash at the time of your workshop.
COVID-19 Policies and Protocols: We follow current CDC guidelines when interacting with the public. We know that each group is different and we are happy to adapt our protocols to fit your needs. For more information please contact the park.
